  • August 15, 2022: Anticipated Construction Substantial Completion

Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, Design Build Contractor, for the Comfort ISD 2019 Bond Projects, is requesting Competitive Proposals from subcontractors and suppliers. Subcontractor and Supplier Proposals will be received via FAX to 210-655-1337 or email to bidsat@bartlettcocke.com no later than 2:00 PM on November 19, 2020.  Any proposal received after this time will not be accepted. 

Subcontractors are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference for this project: November 05, 2020 at 2:00 PM located at the CISD Middle School Cafeteria at 216 High Street, Comfort, TX 78013. 

Electronic Proposal Documents may be obtained from Bartlett Cocke or viewed at Associated General Contractors, Builders Exchange of Texas, or the Bartlett Cocke’s San Antonio office. Please contact Russell Asher at rasher@bartlettcocke.com or call (210) 655-1031 to make arrangements.
